COMBIgor is a data analysis package for Igor Pro that is designed to aid in the management, processing, and cross-correlation of multi-dimensional data sets collected by mapping spatially-varying libraries in spatially-resolved measurement instruments.

The core functionality was intentionally designed to enable flexibility in data types and experimental setup, while enabling the user to expand usability by adding new measurement instruments and new data analysis algorithms.
